Brother LS1520 21-Stitch Function Free-Arm Sewing Machine with Automatic 4-Step Buttonholer Review

Tension was perfect right out of the box. It is plastic cased, so I am treating it gingerly compared to the hefty metal machine on which I learned to sew. Very easy to thread and wind bobbins. The manual has very clear illustrations. However, it requires some flipping through as each series of steps is printed in several languages. Very enjoyable, and I look forward to using it. I hope with care it lasts a good long time.

Juki 1-Needle, 3-Thread Overlock Machine MO-623 Review

Purchased the serger as a gift for my wife and she was very excited! Works very well and the price was the same or better than ANY other site, nice not having to shop around. It did everything it said it did and was not a disappointment. The video it came with was a little outdated but very quick and easy in describing what it can all do. I purchased Juki because of the quality in the name brand and not the functions, but from what I hear from my wife it does everything she could need. If you buy the extra feet (like all sergers) than it could do even more. Value for the money, compact and well made.

Sew D'Lite Supreme Portable Sewing Machine - 11401 Review

This machine is made in China and comes with no instructions.There is a cryptic chart pasted to the top of the machine.I was able to figure out the threading sequence, but the throat plate was loose.There are no instructions for positioning the throat plate.It seems to need the needle holder and presser foot removed in order to reposition the throat plate, but the screw holding them is so soft it will not unscrew without destroying the fitting.

The drop in bobbin has a little chart for the correct alignment of the thread: counterclockwise or clockwise.xor o.What does that mean?Is it + or 0?
I have no idea.

I have searched in vain on line for instructions for this machine without success.

Sew Much More Sewing Table Review

If you are looking for a great little sewing table, this is it.It's stout, a good height and a nice size.I had previously purchased a nice wooden sewing table with expandable sides, so that it looked like a piece of furniture.The reality was that it wasn't stout enough to handle the sewing machine so it was very uncomfortable to sew.This fit my needs perfectly and I'm very happy with it.
