Janome Magnolia 7306 Sewing Machine - Quilting Machine Review

I bought this machine.I explained to the salesman that I needed something with some power that could sew thru many thick layers.This is NOT that machine!It jammed all the time and eventually it broke a needle and shot a small part into my eye!OMG!It scared me to death.It would be fine for someone who is just learning and isn't asking a lot of a sewing machine other than basic straight stitching for making simple clothes.Take caution if you are trying to do much more.

Brother 40-Stitch Computerized Sewing Machine CE4000 Review

I teach sewing lessons in Spring Texas (www.GetSewing.com). I was tired of students bring "problem" machines. I bought this machine for because two students brought ones like it and I was impressed with the quality for the price range. A good thing is, you can sew very slowly. The machine goes when you press on the foot pedal, it doesn't growl and hesitate. You can also sew fast too. The only thing I don't like on this model is that every time you stop, it stops with the needle down in the fabric and you must turn the hand wheel to move it up. It would be much more useful if the needle stopped in the position.

Brother Sewing/Quilting Machine LX 3125 Review

I ordered this machine because the one I had only did forward and reverse and zig-zag and I have had it for 20 years and it still works very well,It to is a Brother. I started doing applique quilting and needed a machine that had more stitches so I ordered this machine. It was everything I had expected and it was a good price at $60.00. I priced a new one and found it was over a hundred dollars. This machine would be perfect even for a beginner. It is easy to use and can handle alot of different materials. I would highly recomend this machine.
